These Terms govern your use of the Exploriva mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Operator

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract where you live. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3) The Service

Exploriva provides travel information, city guides, AI-assisted planning tools, nearby discovery, maps, events, and related features. Travel information can change; always verify critical details with official sources before relying on them.

4) Third-party content

Exploriva may display or link to third-party content, including place information, event listings, maps, webcams, venue pages, and image sources. This content is provided by third parties or official public sources and may change, become unavailable, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee the ongoing availability, completeness, or accuracy of third-party content.

Routing, geocoding, nearby search, subscriptions, authentication, and optional AI features may be provided by third-party services, including OpenRouteService, GraphHopper, Geoapify, RevenueCat, Firebase Authentication, and OpenAI.

5) AI and recommendations

Trip plans, recommendations, rankings, and other suggestions generated in the app are provided for informational purposes only. Users should independently verify opening hours, availability, pricing, closures, access rules, and other important details before relying on them.

AI-generated content may not reflect real-time conditions. Exploriva does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-assisted plans or recommendations.

6) User content (UGC)

• You may upload content only if you have the rights to do so.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• License: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
• Moderation: We may remove content or restrict accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the Service.
• Scrape or automate access in a way that harms performance.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.

8) Paid features and subscriptions

• Some features require a subscription or in-app purchase.
• On iOS, payments are processed through Apple In‑App Purchase, managed via RevenueCat.
• Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple's rules and policies.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

9) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service and its content and software, except user content and third-party content displayed within the app.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party content, event listings, webcams, and place data are provided without warranty as to their accuracy or availability.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avirel Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content or recommendations within it.

12) Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, go to Profile → Delete account in the app. A recent login may be required. Account data will be removed within 30 days of confirmed deletion.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice of material changes where required.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, except where local consumer laws require otherwise.
